Registration to this forum is free!  But you must accept our limitation of liability and abide by the rules and policies mentioned below.  By clicking the 'Submit' button on the register page, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, as well as confirming that you are over 18 years of age.

1. We do not carry out any check on people leaving messages or replying to messages on GOWITHME.  We cannot tell if they are genuine or what their motives are.  You are therefore responsible for your own safety and for the protection of your own property.  You must take all sensible measures to protect yourself.  Please see our recommendations on How to protect yourself.

2.  Anything offered on GOWITHME Give-Away and Garden Give-Away may or not be as it is described, legal, up-to-date, suitable, safe, free from defects, or fit for the purpose you have in mind for it.  As it is given away, you will have no statutory protection and probably no legal recourse if anything goes wrong.  We do not carry out any checks or accept responsibility for any damage which might be caused by your use of such items.  Therefore be sensible about what you accept and how you use it.  In particular you should only accept and use second-hand safety and sports equipment if you are properly satisfied that it is safe to do so.

3.  The stories in Your Story may or may not be true. Recommendations for (and criticisms of) suppliers and advertisers may or may not be well-founded.  We have no way of telling and we do not accept any liability for loss arising out of statements made by other members.  Therefore enjoy these parts of the site but use your own discretion as to how far you rely on them.

4.  Although we will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off the GOWITHME site, it is impossible for us to review all messages promptly.  Every message expresses the views of the author and not those of GOWITHME. Neither the owners of GOWITHME nor the developers of this website will be held responsible for the content of any message.  

5.  By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violate any laws.  You agree that you have read What GOWITHME is not to be used for and Maintaining high standards and will comply with those rules.

6. We retain the right to remove, edit, move or close any message, and to terminate any registration without giving any reason.  We will not enter into any correspondence regarding our decisions to do so.
